Helen A. Nzeffe, RN, BSN, Co-Founder, BOD member, Executive Program Director of BriSOHEP, LOH and VACI Helen was born and raised in Cameroon in a low income family. She witnessed her parents struggle to put food on the table and pay for her education. She migrated to the United States to seek better educational and economic opportunities. She graduated from Wright state university with a degree in nursing. She is motivated to champion the cause of Powerman HOPE Foundation because she has lived and witnessed firsthand the plight of the underserved and marginalized in her community. She aims to make a difference by improving the quality of life of people here and abroad. She is the program director of the bright smile project which provided education on oral healthcare and donation of toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss to underserved communities in Cameroon. She volunteers at Reach out of Montgomery a 501(c )3 volunteer healthcare organization that provide access to health care services for the underserved/uninsured population in Montgomery county. In 2010 she volunteers at St Vincent de Paul hotel where she prepares and serves hot meals to homeless population at the shelter Montgomery County.
